MMT offers seminars in our offices in Denver, CO and on location in emerging markets. These comprehensive day long seminars are designed to educate participants about the requirements associated with becoming licensed operators in their own geographic market. Typically, this entails a one-day planned on-site walk-through of the proposed location to take measurements, assess utilities, and provide recommendations for selection.

 

Cultivation Facility Schematic Design

We have experience supporting many different facility layouts and deployments for both existing structures and new buildings, and have extensive knowledge about industrial building environments. Our customized designs and floor plans ensure your facility will operate at maximum efficiency from day one, avoiding the multitude of costly mistakes made by many cannabis start-ups.

 

Additional design services may include: space planning, industrial-grade interior finishes, lighting design and specifications, building systems coordination, equipment recommendations, interior design documentation, and interior/exterior renderings.

 

Retail Dispensary Design

We have experience supporting dispensary layouts and deployments, in both new and existing spaces, and have extensive knowledge about award-winning retail building environments. Our dispensary application support provides clients with many of the core components necessary for compiling a winning state-based application. This service provides in-depth support, including: application checklists, site sufficiency and review, facility design, dispensary pro forma modeling, a dispensary operating plan, including technical narratives, customized to state regulations, and introductions and vetting of third-party vendors (security, seed to sale tracking, technical writing, legal services, etc.)

 

Dispensary Deployment Support

Our Dispensary Deployment service offers a licensed dispensary the support they need to set up their retail operation. This service provides site selection and sufficiency (if required), facility design review, pro forma modeling, construction consulting, on-site training and development, job qualifications and descriptions, standard operating procedures, organizational charts and other technical data. This allows newly licensed owners, even with no prior dispensary experience, to have an efficient organization from day one, taking the guess work out of operating a highly regulated and successful dispensary. Additional dispensary deployments under the same license can be bid upon request.

 

Cultivation Application Support

Cultivation Max

Through our Cultivation Max™ services, MMT assists new and existing cultivation operations in optimizing their facility to improve yield, consistency, quality, and efficiency. Our program will maximize the full production potential of your existing or proposed cultivation facility, providing you with the best tools to compete in a highly aggressive landscape. Through the implementation of our proprietary Three-A-Light™ cultivation methods, facility and room design, and plant and nutrient management best-practices, we aim to significantly improve proposed or existing performance within a client's cultivation facility. We understand the uniqueness of each enterprise, and will customize our approach to the client's project to ensure mutually beneficial results.  This agreement contains the following services:

  1. Inspection of existing operation and provide a diagnosis for improvement by reviewing current Environmental Controls, HVAC, Lighting, Watering Capacity, Nutrient and Pesticide Management, Cultivation Methodologies, Current Genetics (Strains), Workspace Design, Room Design, Trim, Dry and Cure Process, Staffing and Employment
  2. Provide site selection and sufficiency support to a new startup operation
  3. Provide facility design services for new and/or existing operations
  4. Implementation of Three-A-Light cultivation methodology, including standard operating procedures
  5. Provide Denver-based training and support
  6. Advise in genetic (strain) selection
  7. Provide a Three-A-Light Master Grower on site for 2-days per week until the first 3-pound per light or greater harvest is achieved
